Chase is the best water fowling dog we have ever owned, (we owned Chessies before Goldens!). Very powerful swimmer and excellent memory. She also holds her own on upland game and points rock steady. During training, Chase force fetched in 12 days and was through the Double T in nine sessions. She is very tractable and has been 100% trained by Ken.

Chase earned a Derby JAM in three starts (44 dogs entered) and took Third in the Qualifying stake at the Iowa State Retriever Championship at 17 months of age. She earned her MH and MHR in her third year. She also jammed an 86-dog Qualifying and retrieved approximately 100 ducks, geese, and pheasant each fall and winter.

Chase is right at home in the house or in the kennel. A very good citizen and great with kids and pups. She has thrown puppies that have earned Derby points, Hunt Test passes, Agility and Tracking titles.

Twister, one of our males out of her first breeding, had earned 6 Derby points in six starts. He All-Age Qualified in the fall of 2001.

We are very proud of Chase for becoming an "Outstanding Dam" this year  with three litters. She has produced the required number of titled puppies from the Golden Retriever Club of America, Inc.
